The Startup Terrace - 2026 TW-SG Startup Exchange Program Top 15 List
Singapore’s robust deep-tech ecosystem, global talent pool, investor-friendly environment, and open business policies make it a strategic gateway for startups seeking international expansion. For the fourth consecutive year, Taiwan’s Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration (SMEA), through Startup Terrace Kaohsiung, is partnering with Singapore’s Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE) on the Taiwan–Singapore Startup Exchange Program. The initiative provides participating startups with customized training, one-on-one mentorship, business and investment matchmaking, and access to Singapore’s venture capital, research, and corporate networks. In collaboration with Startup Island Taiwan, the program also brings selected teams to SWITCH, enabling them to gain international exposure and establish partnerships across ASEAN and other global markets. This article introduces the Top 15 teams selected for the 2026 program.

The Singapore government has been actively positioning the nation as a deep tech hub in Asia, building a potent startup ecosystem that combines international talent, a supportive investment environment, and open business policies. This makes Singapore an ideal launchpad for startups expanding into global markets.
For the fourth consecutive year, the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration (SMEA), Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan, through Startup Terrace Kaohsiung (STK), is promoting the Taiwan–Singapore Startup Exchange Program in partnership with Singapore’s national startup enabler, the Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE). The program deepens bilateral innovation collaboration and provides a strong platform for startups to explore international opportunities.
The initiative offers customized training, one-on-one mentorship, business and investment matchmaking, and access to Singapore’s venture capital, research, and corporate networks, accelerating market entry into Southeast Asia and enhancing the global competitiveness of participating teams.
In addition, STK works with Startup Island Taiwan to lead startup teams to SWITCH (Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology), Asia’s flagship innovation event. In 2025, SWITCH will bring together over 25,000 attendees and more than 400 international exhibitors from over 100 countries, offering a spectacular global showcase for startups, and expand collaborations across ASEAN, Europe, and the United States.
