Taiwan’s early-stage investment market has long faced challenges due to limited information transparency. To address this issue, FINDIT Research Team at the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research has collected and consolidated investment data from multiple sources in recent years. In addition to publishing annual overviews of startup funding activity and tracking new early-stage capital inflows, the team provides monthly updates on recently disclosed funding transactions compiled from public sources. Through these sustained efforts, FINDIT seeks to enhance market transparency and bridge information gaps between startups and investors.

According to the latest data compiled by FINDIT Research Team, five notable startup funding deals were recorded in Taiwan between May and June 2025. Among them, CyCarrier Technology Co., Ltd., a company specializing in AI-powered cybersecurity automation, secured the largest funding amount during this period, completing a NT$136 million round. Key highlights from this period are summarized below.

 

  • Moldintel Co., Ltd., a provider of smart manufacturing solutions, completed a NT$67 million Pre-A round.
  • CyCarrier Technology Co., Ltd., which specializes in AI-powered automated cybersecurity solutions, completed its latest funding round totaling NT$136 million. 
  • Oen Co., Ltd., the developer of Taiwan’s first one-stop payment platform, secured a NT$100 million Series A round. 
  • Gogoout Co., Ltd., an integrated online car rental platform, completed an Angel round.  
  • Showjia Enterprise Co., Ltd., operating under the brand “One Place,” provides comprehensive services including rental property renovation, leasing and property management, and tenant management, and secured a NT$60 million Series A round.

Moldintel Co., Ltd. Completes NT$67 Million Pre-A Round

Moldintel Co., Ltd. announced on May 16 the completion of a NT$67 million Pre-A round. The company, a member of Plug and Play Taiwan’s inaugural cohort, focuses on AI solutions for the plastic injection molding industry. The round was supported by both strategic investors and venture capital firms, including Delta Electronics, Upstream Ventures, and TX Venture. The proceeds will be used to accelerate Moldintel’s expansion in the global injection molding market and to further advance the development and application of its intelligent molding technologies. 

Looking ahead, the company plans to allocate the funding to two key areas: strengthening its global market presence and building the RoboMolding ecosystem. This includes developing an industry matchmaking platform designed to enhance production efficiency and address structural supply-demand imbalances within the plastics industry.

CyCarrier Technology Co., Ltd. Completes NT$136 Million Capital Increase

CyCarrier Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CyCraft Technology Corporation, announced on May 28 the completion of a NT$136 million capital increase. The round was led by NEXUS CVC, with participation from the CID Group (Hua Yao Growth Fund) and five university alumni venture capital funds: Taipei Tech Star, Taipei Tech Star II, Zhinan Star (NCCU), NCCU Star, and NTUST Star. This fundraising follows a NT$65 million strategic investment made in April 2025 by CHT Security, a Taiwan-based managed security service provider. CyCarrier achieved profitability in 2023. Its revenue model is based on the number of installed machines and the required level of cybersecurity protection, with services provided through annual subscription contracts. The company has entered the IPO counseling phase and is progressing toward a public listing in Taiwan.

Oen Co., Ltd. Completes NT$100 Million Series A Round

Oen Co., Ltd. announced on June 5 the completion of a NT$100 million Series A round. The round included angel investors from various industries, including Chelpis Quantum Corporation, a cybersecurity startup, as well as the Tainan Sprout Association, an organization focused on social initiatives. 

The proceeds will be allocated to the next phase of product expansion and capital market positioning, including further AI research and development and overseas pilot projects aimed at expanding its footprint within the broader ecosystem. In parallel, Oen has initiated preparations for an IPO and plans to apply for a listing on the Taiwan Innovation Board. The company also expects to collaborate with Japanese financial institutions in the fourth quarter of 2025 to conduct a proof-of-concept (PoC) pilot in Japan’s financial market, supporting its global expansion strategy.

Gogoout Co., Ltd. Completes Angel Round

Gogoout Co., Ltd. announced on June 16 the completion of an angel round fully funded by StockFeel Media Technologies. The investor cited Gogoout’s structured positioning in the cross-border mobility sector as a key factor in its decision. The two companies plan to establish an internet-based strategic partnership that connects content, amplifies influence, integrates media resources, and converts digital traffic to develop digital solutions for the cross-border mobility market and deepen their collaboration. 

Gogoout plans to allocate the proceeds to develop AI functionalities that enable car rental operators to automatically adjust pricing and integrate multi-channel orders, further improving operational efficiency and resource allocation. The company also intends to modularize higher-margin value-added services, such as car insurance, allowing flexible deployment across different market environments and thereby enhancing the platform’s revenue structure and monetization potential.

Showjia Enterprise Co., Ltd. Completes NT$60 Million Series A Round

Showjia Enterprise Co., Ltd. announced on June 30 the completion of a NT$60 million Series A round, funded by VENTURE+, a next-generation venture capital firm. The funding marks the beginning of a new phase of accelerated growth for Showjia. Through its one-stop residential rental platform, “One Place,” Showjia offers integrated services for both tenants and property owners, including rental property renovation, leasing and property management, and tenant management. With the new funding, the company plans to expand its portfolio to 2,000 partnered units across Taipei, New Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung in 2025. This expansion is intended to further develop its co-living apartment ecosystem and realize its vision of enabling quality rentals, comfortable living, and overall well-being.
