This investment marks a strategic partnership in which PanelSemi will leverage NGK’s advanced ceramic technologies and products to enhance the performance and reliability of its thin-film LED displays and hybrid substrates for semiconductor modules. In return, NGK will integrate PanelSemi’s thin-film transistor (TFT) circuit fabrication technology to expand the functionality and value of its ceramic products.
