Founded by Mr. Daniel So and Mr. Wei-Tai Lei in 2017, Lei & So Co., Ltd. is a leader in the field of precision machinery measurement. Specializing in core technologies such as precision measurement, errors compensation and CNC control, we provide universal measuring devices for five-axis machine tools, industrial robot arms and automation equipment. To improve the precision of five-axis machine tools, industrial robot arms and various industrial automation equipments, we develop the epoch-making "Six-Dimemsional Motion Measurement Device, 6D-MMD”, which provides highly accurate and six-degrees-of-freedom trajectory measurement. Dynamic and static error sources in the machine can be obtained after purposeful analysis of the measured data. We assist customers in setting the compensation parameter in the CNC controller and improving their mechanism design.
To inspect the dynamic error and to tuning the control parameters of a CNC machine tool, we provide an innovative "Ball Bar Measurement System". Through the measurement of dynamic trajectory of arbitrary test paths, our intelligent diagnostic software can analyze the static and dynamic errors of the machine, assist customers in setting the optimal servo control parameters and the optimal friction compensation parameters.
Our R&D team has solid experience of precision measurement and outstanding abilities for designing and manufacturing optical electromechanical systems and equipment.
