About the Company
At Aillio, we focus on solving problems associated with roasting coffee to save our users time, money, and headaches. We design environmentally-friendly high-tech roasters that offer better data and more control across the entire roasting process.
We’re based in Taiwan and this is where we build our roasters. But our founders are twin brothers from Denmark, and Danish culture has deeply influenced both our design process and our office culture.
Over the years, it’s been a joy to watch what began as an ambitious idea from a former fashion photographer blossom into a thriving global coffee business. The twins Jonas and Jacob Lillie are now joined by a staff of over twenty people, with offices in Bangkok, Copenhagen, and of course Taipei.
