Introduction
In 2015 we started 9floor Coliving by renovating ten different urban apartments. In addition to private rooms, we created semi-public common spaces filled with the warmth of home. Our comfortable but minimal interiors attracted our first residents: students, office workers, freelancers, and internationals. Through our unique community-oriented business model, we are able to provide high-value housing to our residents. Our prompt and professional management also greatly benefits property owners. We work to activate urban spaces to their fullest potential for the benefit of both our residents and the surrounding community.
