About the Company
Founded in 1964 in Miaoli, Taiwan, Miaolin started as a traditional supplier of ingredients and raw materials, mainly selling flour, sugar, oil, grains, and other goods to noodle factories, restaurants, and bakeries.
In the second phase of transformation in 1997, We recognized the significance of specialized flour on bread making. Starting in 2005, we began importing Japanese wheat flour and various high-quality raw materials from Europe and Japan. We organized professional demonstration event to assist Taiwan's baking industry in technical upgrading. We support Taiwanese professional bakers to participate in international competitions, aiming to narrow the gap between Taiwan's baking industry and advanced ones in Japan and Europe.
Today, the pursuit of "Bon Pain" (Good Bread) remains a focus for the Miaolin team. We believe that the equation of "high-quality raw materials + professional equipment + continuously improving techniques" is the key to achieving "Bon Pain." and by our motto“Choose good quality ingredient is our belief, and we continuous search for better quality and suitable food materials, promoting progressive baking concepts is also a significant goal for Miaolin . In 2013, during the setup of the Taipei office, we built the BREAD LABO to provide industry latest trend through professional demonstration event and foster collective growth and learning.
In 2015, we expanded our scope to the culinary sector by establishing the Foodie LABO, extending our expertise from baking to dining. This center offers diverse and innovative proposals for the culinary and lifestyle industries, collaborating with culinary professionals to create potential and unlimited opportunities in the industry.
