Introduction
ShareGuru Intelligence Technologies Inc., formerly EstiNet Technology, is a startup company incubated by National Yang-Ming Chiao Tung University in 2010. Its core technologies include intelligent network management, network simulation, and AIoT integrated applications. Since 2019, EstiNet Technology has further transformed from a network communication and IoT systems company into a provider of cloud application platform products, AI and big data training and analysis services, as well as cloud + IoT system integration solutions. Based on its business strategy and resource integration, in June 2023, the ShareGuru business unit was merged into Golden Smart Home Corp. to focus on cloud and big data analytics research and development, assisting enterprises in digital transformation training. The parent company, Golden Smart Home Corp., was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Hsinchu Science Park. Its mission is to develop medical products for human health information detection and generative AI technology application systems.
