Our PVA bio-balls are protected by global patents in Taiwan, South Africa, the UK, China, India, Japan, and the United States. The key feature is the etherification modification of traditional PVA microbial immobilization gel beads, which differs from Kuraray's polyacetal method that uses strong acids and high temperatures. We use a more eco-friendly etherification process with a natural purification mechanism during phase transition, similar to silicon wafer purification. This allows the PVA bio-balls to form a stable polyurethane (PU) ether layer.
Sludge Source Reduction
Uses high-concentration specialized seed microorganisms to reduce organic sludge at the source by more than 90%.
Biological Carbon Sequestration Platform
Maintains a high concentration of seed microorganisms/dominant algae in water, converting blue carbon into bioenergy.
Nitrogen Removal from Water
Provides ultra-fast denitrification or direct reduction of ammonia nitrogen into nitrogen gas.
