Mega International Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. (Mega Bank) is one of the major commercial banks in Taiwan, headquartered in Taipei. It is among Taiwan's "Big Eight" state-owned banks. The bank’s predecessor was the International Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), which merged with Chiao Tung Bank in 2006, and was renamed following its parent company, Mega Financial Holding Co., Ltd.
