Founded in 2002 by a team of professionals with biotech and medical investment experience, initially as a technical advisory company. Provides comprehensive services in intellectual property, technology transfer, and patent licensing, as well as commercialization of intangible assets. Later expanded to manage ChiHang Venture Capital and ChiHang II Venture Capital under China Steel Group and was commissioned by Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs to evaluate and manage the "Strengthening Investment in SMEs" program fund.
