Introduction
Hoton International Co., Ltd. (“Hoton International”) was established in March 1997 as a professional venture capital fund management company within the Hoton Group. Hoton International evolved from the fund management and advisory business of Hoton Venture Capital, founded in 1987. Hoton Holdings owns 41% of Hoton International, with other major shareholders including Tailong Industrial Co., Ltd., Daiwa Corporate Investment Co., Ltd., and Mega International Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.

Hoton International is one of Taiwan’s largest venture capital management firms, with 30 years of venture experience. In addition to providing capital, it actively offers value-added services to its portfolio companies. Hoton Group continues to invest in Taiwan while gradually expanding into Greater China and the U.S. to enhance competitiveness and maintain its industrial position.
