Introduction
Founded in 2015, Taiwan Cooperative Venture Capital is a wholly owned subsidiary of Taiwan Cooperative Financial Holding Co. It focuses on investing in promising startups both domestically and internationally, with particular emphasis on industries under the “5+2 Industrial Innovation Plan” and Taiwan’s “Hidden Champions.” The company primarily invests in early- to mid-stage startups and leverages Taiwan Cooperative Financial Holding’s resources to help portfolio companies enter capital markets. As of 2019, Taiwan Cooperative Venture Capital had invested in more than a dozen companies domestically and abroad.
